Hello everyone! How are you all? I hope that you all are fine and I am fine too. Today, my blog is just a simple one, with no complications at all. Today I will be writing freely with no causes, symptoms, or treatment of a disease. Today, I will just be giving some guidelines on how to stay healthy and fit. So let's get started!!
So, first of all, let me define what is health. It is a state of one's mental or physical condition. If you read my description of the blog, you will find something like this.
For me, for you, and for every living soul here reading this blog, you and your health is the first thing that you should keep as your first priority. So, you need to take care. I will tell you how to.
WHAT ARE THE SIGNS YOU ARE NOT HEALTHY?
If you are not healthy, you may notice the following things in yourself:-
- You sleep less.
- Snoring more often.
- Feeling tired.
- Dizzy
- Your skin isn't clear (You're experiencing Acne)
- The white tissue of your eyes is no more white and has turned pale.
- Your toenails or fingernails are of a different color/texture. (It may happen if you are a Smoker).
- You gain more weight
- You experience "Metabolic Syndrome".
- You stay anxious and tensed.
- You easily catch a cold or flu.
- You have cracked lips.
- plenty of colorful vegetables, legumes/beans.
- fruit.
- grain (cereal) foods – mostly wholegrain and high fiber varieties.
- lean meats and poultry, fish, eggs, tofu, nuts, and seeds.
- milk, yogurt, cheese, or their alternatives, mostly reduced fat.
- Drink plenty of water.
- Food that is low in saturated fats, trans fats, cholesterol, salt (sodium), and added sugars.
- Jogging
- Stretching(can also help you grow your height)
- Skipping (using a skipping rope)
- Aerobic
- Yoga
- walking or riding your bike to work or while running errands.
- taking the stairs instead of the elevator.
- parking farther away from destinations and walking the remaining distance.
- Sit or lie comfortably. You may even want to invest in a meditation chair or cushion.
- Close your eyes.
- Make no effort to control the breath; simply breathe naturally.
- Focus your attention on the breath and on how the body moves with each inhalation and exhalation.
